Grandstand Design Features:

 

•           Total bleacher seating capacity:  1,500
•           Mitered bleacher system with roof
•           Powder coated steel vertical picket guardrail system and perimeter fencing
•           Powder coated structural steel understructure
•           Center VIP section with bleacher chair seating
•           Anodized aluminum seating with powder coated backrests

 

Because of the extremely restricted site conditions and buildings underneath the grandstands,  Dant Clayton’s team was an integral participant, along with the owner and the construction manager, in all pre-design and construction services meetings.  Dant Clayton designed the roof canopy and all the structural steel including the press box steel interface.  Everyone associated with the University of Kentucky baseball program can take great pride in the finished product – a first class grandstand seating facility.
