Grandstand Design Features:
• Total bleacher seating capacity: 2,500
• Mitered bleacher system with roof, two stair towers, and press box framing
• Powder coated steel vertical picket guardrail system

Jim Patterson Stadium, located just a block away from Churchill Downs, was built on a brownfield site that had been previously abandoned for years. The roof and the press structure for Jim Patterson Stadium were also included in Dant Clayton’s scope of work, in addition to the bleacher. The architectural elements featured at Jim Patterson Stadium are coordinated with the University of Louisville football stadium, Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, situated nearby.
