Grandstand Design Features:
• Total bleacher seating capacity: 2,392
• Slip resistant aluminum welded deck walking surface
• Powder coated structural steel understructure
• Powder coated steel vertical picket guardrail system
• Center VIP section with bleacher chair seating
• 12’ x 90’ press box
Dant Clayton’s coordination with the project architect was critical to the overall success of this bleacher installation. This project had a challenging slope at the site along with a brutally tight staging and construction area. Also, the grandstand had to be designed to tie-in with the massive concrete retaining wall at the front of the bleachers. The design and engineering team put together by Dant Clayton worked through all the issues associated with the stadium seating and produced a complete bleacher system that the college and community can be proud of for many years to come.
