Grandstand Design Features:
• Total bleacher seating capacity: 2,121
• Handicap seating at the front of the bleacher walkway
• 12’ x 80’ press box with lifts for the physically challenged

of the grandstand.
The design and site challenges for this project were quite numerous. The school is located in an urban area and had an extremely limited staging and construction area for our bleachers. In addition, the grandstand literally straddled one of the main water conduits for the city of Cincinnati. Dant Clayton, working closely with the project architect, designed the center section of the aluminum seating to be demountable in case the water conduit needed to be accessed. The design and engineering services provided by Dant Clayton proved to be an integral factor in the highly successful completion of a complex bleacher project.
