With a little creativity, Dant Clayton will help turn your stadium seating system into a community landmark, complete with colorful finishing touches. We provide a variety of metal treatments to improve the safety and aesthetics of your facility.
In-house factory processes ensure these finishes are cost-effective, durable, and professionally applied. From color powder coating to safe and slip resistant surfaces, our innovations have become benchmarks for the industry.
Powder Coating
With 15 years of process experience, Dant Clayton produces more powder coated material than all other grandstand manufacturers combined.
Add color to the inside of your stadium with powder coated aluminum risers, seats, or backrests. The steel understructure can also be provided with color from our in-house powder coat line.
Even if your budget is tight, consider color for your project. Our factory processes keep the costs similar to other typical finishes, such as steel galvanizing and aluminum anodizing.
Choose from eight standard colors, or we will match your specific color request.
Aluminum Decking Finishes
Unfinished aluminum is slippery when wet, prone to oxidation staining, and can give off a bright glare from sunlight.
All Dant Clayton aluminum walking surfaces can be provided with finish options to minimize these negative effects.
Our factory-blasted slip-resistant surface adds safety for your spectators by providing:
- Coefficient of friction similar to broom-finished concrete
- Reliable performance under wet conditions
- Ensured uniformity through a factory-applied process
- Reduced sunlight glare
- Full compliance of ADA recommendations
When combined with an anodized finish, a slip-resistant deck can also eliminate unsightly oxidation stains.
Structural Steel Finishes
Dant Clayton gives you an option to make the exposed structure aesthetically pleasing, while improving long-term durability.
Beyond basic industrial hot-dip galvanizing, we can deliver a factory powder coating process that provides an architectural finish at an attractive price, sometimes equal to the cost of galvanizing. A multi-coat option is also available for added protection.
Steel finish options include:
- Standard Powder Coating
Best Value - Powder Coating over Primer
Added Protection - Powder Coat over Galvanizing
Most Expensive - Basic Galvanized
