Grandstand Design Features:
• Total bleacher seating capacity: 10,000
• Mitered aluminum bleachers for seating bowl amphitheatre
• Complex steel understructure geometry
• Aluminum welded deck walking surface
This tiered seating facility is one of the top outdoor concert venues in the Southern
United States. The design ensures concert attendees a great view, allowing patrons to be close to the stage, while providing for crowds large enough to create a great atmosphere for the fans. Dant Clayton worked closely with the owner’s team during the design process in an effort to maximize the efficiency of the stadium seating. The tiered design allows for orderly flow of traffic in addition to effective utilization of the structure for concessions and restrooms. This amphitheatre blends with the natural beauty of the giant pines and wetlands of the Gulf Coast.
