Grandstand Design Features:
• Total bleacher seating capacity: 300
• New cast-in-place concrete soccer stadium
• Aluminum seating with backrest for 100 spectators
• VIP bleacher chair seating for 200 spectators
• Custom powder coated guardrail system
The Dant Clayton design team was extensively involved with the architectural firm from the beginning as the concrete bleachers were integrated into a new parking structure that was adjacent to the new soccer field. After the project award, the Dant Clayton coordination shifted to the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the pre-construction and construction phases. The final result was a grandstand seating structure that is not only extremely comfortable and functional, but one that is aesthetically pleasing to the spectators, students, faculty and staff.
