Cost Matrix

Estimate Your Next Big Project

DIRECTIONS FOR USING THE BUDGET FORMAT:
Listed below  are the variables that affect the cost of stadium construction. Each condition
has listed the most economical design or condition and the highest cost design or condition.
Job requirements that exceed the definition in  the highest cost category will add to the cost shown on this format. Each of the variables should be analyzed to determine the relative impact on the cost.
For example, if the project requires union wages to be paid, poor soil conditions exist, and the front elevation of the structure is 10', the cost per square foot would be somewhat above the average cost and could be near the high end. Conversely, if the majority of the conditions that exist are in the most economical category, the price will be below average.

(Scope of Work: Pricing includes design, engineering, foundations, structural steel, welded aluminum deck, railings, ramps, installation, and general conditions. Pricing excludes general contractor mark-up.)
