This year marks the 100th running of "The Greatest Spectacle in Racing" - the Indianapolis 500. In preparation of this event, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is undergoing a renovation coined, Project 100. Dant Clayton is pleased to partner with Hunt Construction on a portion of the work taking place at this historic racetrack.

Crews are currently constructing new stadium seating along the front stretch and into Turn 1 of the track, in the highly-sought after seating in the upper deck (shown in the rendering below). By raising the existing roof structure and removing several columns, additional rows of seating will be able to be added to this section, all with improved sightlines.

Dant Clayton designers have enjoyed the challenge of finding the best working solution for the needs of this venue, and the whole team looks forward to seeing the finished product. For additional construction photos, check out our facebook page.
